Yes. SHD is a mobile operation first. Fully equipped service trucks roll to your yard, jobsite, or the roadside anywhere across East & Central Alabama, and most repairs are finished right where the truck already sits. No tow, no lost day hauling it in.
What areas do you cover?
Our home base is Opelika, AL. We regularly run to Auburn, Opelika, Lee County, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Montgomery, Birmingham, and Anniston, along the I-85, I-65, I-20, I-59, and I-10 corridors. If you are just outside that, call and ask.
Which makes and equipment do you work on?
All major heavy-duty diesel makes: engines, after-treatment, electrical, brakes, and air systems. We also handle trailers, refuse trucks, compactors and balers, hydraulics, and heavy equipment.
Do you work after hours?
Shop hours are Mon–Fri 7a–5p. After-hours emergency service is available by arrangement. If you have a truck down right now, call (334) 962-7267 and we will do our best to roll.
How does pricing work?
There is no fixed price list, because a fault code is not a repair. Call and describe the symptom, and you get a straight assessment and clear pricing before we turn a wrench. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you take fleet accounts?
Yes. Fleet accounts get net terms, priority dispatch, and consolidated billing, plus scheduled PM and digital service records for every unit. Fleets of any size are welcome.
